Is the Upgrade Product Key differernt than the standard key
I recently signed up for my department's MSDN-AA program, and I got a product key for Windows XP Pro. I'm installing a copy of XP Pro onto another computer that I have, but for some reason, it says the product key is invalid! I triple checked the key and it's correct. :( Any suggestions? Thanks!

Office XP pro activation problems
I have a downloaded version of Windows XP Pro, when I install Windows onto Laptop and reach the screen to enter the key, Windows states Key is Invalid, the key is I didn't realize you could download Windows XP. Unless this is from your MSDN or TechNet subscription, of course. I don't get an idea of what you mean.
